1.1 This product comes with a 6-month limited warranty starting from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
1.2 To activate the warranty, customers must contact our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product and provide:
• A clear video showing that the product is fully functional (able to power on, sockets working properly, and no visible defects).
• If no contact is made, or if video proof is not provided within 2 days, the warranty will be void. This is to ensure the product was received in good condition.
