The following issues are not covered under warranty:

• Dropping or mishandling the product.
• Improper use of sockets resulting in damage.
• External factors, such as:
• Lightning strikes or power surges.
• Water damage or exposure to excessive moisture.
• Cable breakage or any physical damage resulting from improper handling.
