1. Return & Exchange Policy
• Unopened Products: If the product remains in its original, unopened condition, you may request an exchange within 3 days of purchase (refunds are not available).
• Opened Products: Since perfume is considered a personal care product, once it is opened or used, it is not eligible for return or exchange. Thank you for your understanding.
• Quality Issues: If you receive a product with issues such as a damaged spray nozzle, leakage, or deterioration in fragrance quality, please contact customer service within 48 hours and provide relevant photos or videos. We will arrange for a return or exchange.
2. Special Cases
• Unsatisfactory Scent: As fragrance preferences vary, we recommend familiarizing yourself with the scent profile or trying a sample before purchase. Refunds will not be provided for opened products based solely on personal preference.
3. Application Process
