1. Exchange Only Policy

• We do not offer refunds.

• Exchanges are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

• Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is any issue.

• Provide photos of the product and packaging for verification.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

• Opened or used perfumes (unless defective upon arrival)

• Items damaged due to personal handling

• Clearance or promotional sale items

4. How to Request an Exchange

1. Chat us Whatsapp 0126181195 with your order number and issue details.

2. Once verified, we will provide exchange instructions.

3. A replacement item will be sent after we receive the returned item.

• We sell directly online, without the high retail and branding costs, so you get the same fragrance quality at a lower price.

We process and ship orders Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

• West Malaysia: Estimated delivery in 2-3 business days

• East Malaysia: Estimated delivery in 5-7 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Delivery time may vary slightly during peak seasons, but we always do our best to ship quickly.
